Insurance for 25 unit apartment complex
I am looking for insurance for an apartment complex we have purchased and would like some thoughts on a quote I have already received. The agent gave me a quote for $15,000 a year for the 25 unit apartment complex (Mix of 1bedroom and 2bedrooms). The quote is for Replacement Cost Coverage and the building is located in Indiana. The building itself is 15 years old. Any thoughts?
