Having invested in some SFRs and residential multiplexes, I want to move in to small apartment building investments ( in the range of 10, 20 units or so). So far my investments all have been in Columbus,OH and Cleveland,OH area so prefer to stick with that Geography.

I would love to connect and discuss with any individuals or businesses operating in that area and dealing with apartment buildings.

Magesh R. Congrats on the jump. My company is also looking to make the transition into large multis (10-50) in 2015. I am focused in Cincinnati Ohio.
One thing that I need to research more is the market for apartment buildings seems to be hot and not sure where this market is headed.
Maybe Joe Fairless can share some insight on the apartment market, and property managers in Cincinnati. Joe Fairless I'm assuming being from NY you are not self managing. Who are you using for management?
