Hey folks - I'm getting close on Deal #1 which is a buy/hold MF property.  I'm looking into bookkeeping services and have been hearing about Bench.co.  Has anyone used them for accounting?  FYI, i'll be hiring property mgmt so a full-service software (like Buildium) won't be necessary - I just need tight accounting. Thanks!
