What would you pay ?
So I am looking to get into real estate using the quad/ owner occupied method. http://www.coldwellbankeratlanta.com/property/details/2156583/MLS-7375131/393-Stone-Mountain-St-Lawrenceville-GA-30046.aspx Here is a listing just down the street from me. Decent area. rent is about 575 each. What would consider a fair offer ? The building is in a complex of like buildings . For your guys in the ATL how would you rate the listing ?
