Loopnet listings without Occupancy listed

I'm scanning my local market for apartments for sale on Loopnet and noticing that most of the listings fall under one of two buckets with respect to Occupancy: 1) Listings that DO show their occupancy. These are almost all in the upper 90% range. 2) Listings that DON'T show their occupancy. I am assuming that those that don't list their occupancy probably have high vacancy rates that they would rather not show on their public listings, strategically. Has anyone found this to be the case?
