Apartment Comps
What's the best way to get comps for an apartment building? I have purchased a lot of SFH and pull comps through MLS but not much shows up in the way of 15-20 unit apartment buildings. Should I contact a commercial broker? Places like Loopnet only show active listings. I'm look for "solds".
