Hello,

I am Rob Ringlehan and my partners and I are looking to get into Mobile/Manufactured Home Park investing. We are looking for wholesalers to assist in finding properties around the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. Anyone that has any possible deals that meet or come close to meeting my parameters feel free to message me or email me at [email protected]. We have the ability to close quickly. Below are the parameters for parks we are interested in purchasing.

  • 100 or more sites (either current sites or through expansion / development)
  • Occupancy less than 80%, and in need of homes in most cases
  • Within close proximity to a major metropolitan area and other community amenities
  • Opportunity to increase value in the community immediately, as well as long-term. Usually by improving management, sales, financing, marketing, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Competitive community amenity package (or ability to add or develop within the property)
  • Multiple properties in similar region are given special consideration

Thanks for your time,

Rob Ringlehan
