Homeowner's insurance for a multifamily

Hi Guys,

I am in the process of closing my first multifamily in New Haven, CT. The house has 3 units and I need to find homeowners insurance, I am been shopping around and the quotes are very expensive ($280 - $350 a month). Do you guys know any brokers that I can get it cheaper? For the people that already owned multifamily how do you manage to get cheap insurance for your properties? Please you advise is really appreciated.
