NEED A GOOD LENDER WHO SPECIALIZES IN CONDOS IN CA

Hi,

I'm in escrow to purchase a condo I'm currently occupiying as a lease option and just found out that the building is not FHA approved. I need a lender who specializes in condos to help me in the best route to go to purchase my condo. Any help would be appreciated.
