New Investor Potential Deal

Hi members,

I have a question about my first deal. I am evaluating a 30 unit complex which is off market. I contacted the seller and sure she was willing to sell. I have about three investors. I have a meeting setup with the seller. Is it a good idea to go to the meeting with one of my investors? and if one is willing to guide me through this deal. Thanks.
