How to find apartments

I am finding that single family homes and multi unit homes between 2 and 4 units are easier to find. However, I have no idea where to start looking for small apartment complexes from 10 units to 50 units

Any ideas??

I don't mean to burst any bubbles, but loopnet is where deals go to die. Better to contact commercial brokers and ask for expired listings.
