Making an offer on multi family
I have a appt with a Commercial Broker for a multi family I will be wholesaling. I'm a little stuck bc I have no clue what to say. I want to put a offer in. Should I state I will be finding a buyer? Should I say what type of closing I want? (Double or simultaneously closing) I don't have funds so I was hoping to do simultaneously closing.
