First Time
Im a first time home-buyer and Id like to purchase something that'd help pay itself off. I was looking into finding a triplex or a fourplex in hopes of getting paid to live somewhere while I work and look to make investments into other properties, problem is, I'm not too sure where to start. Does it make any difference as a first time homebuyer, since i would technically be living there myself?
