Seeking Construction Loan for Spec Home in NJ

Hi BP!

I own the lot in South Jersey free and clear and would like to build two units on it for sale. No experience with construction but would team up with one of the local builders.

Have not found any local banks yet that finance this kind of construction and hard money lenders charge a pretty high interest rate.. 

Can anyone recommend good construction loan brokers or lenders?
