I'm looking to purchase a mixed use property in Lafayette, Indiana. It looks like a decent deal on paper but I would like to know more about Lafayette market as whole. I searched forum postings with no luck. Any info is greatly appreciated.  Also looking for recommendation for property managers in that market.
