Commercial Brokers for Apartments in North Texas?

Hello! I'm looking to get to know some commercial real estate brokers in North Texas who specialize in apartment complexes. My business partner and I are looking to buy apartments with a purchase price below $2 Million (already prequalified by more than one lender), but we have not had any success finding deals on MLS or Loopnet.

We're looking to get to know some commercial brokers who specialize in apartments who may be willing to pass along some deals that are either off market or haven't hit the market yet.

Any commercial brokers out there on this forum who do apartment complexes who would be open to getting acquainted and doing some business together whenever properties become available?

If so, my business partner and I would love to hear from you.  Thanks!
