Well I am taking action within 24 HRS now and I am telling people what I want. What better place than starting with BP.

I too want to buy a multi-family / apartment complex in the USA.

I have no money to speak (not many starters do) and I want to develop a relationship with a JV partner or investors.

Who else is in the same situation? Maybe we can work together?
