Investing out of state
I need advice. I work in the oil field in ND. I have some money saved up and would like to invest in NW Indiana and Chicago, IL areas which I'm a little familiar with. My credit is not good. I've been reading a lot of books and have learned a lot from BP podcast and other tools. I've owned rental property before and would like to start again. Any advice would be appreciated.
