Hi everyone,

I am reaching out because I am currently in the process of analyzing / purchasing a 5+ unit multi-family property in Maine and would like to talk to a few lenders and see what's available in terms of long-term financing (25+ years ideally) and potentially do business with a fellow BPer!

All I could find were 5 or 7 year terms that amortize over 20 or 25 years. I use Auburn Savings or Camden National Bank.
