MULTI UNITS IN ATLANTA AREA

So I'm wondering if there are any Multi Unit Apartment Complexes out there to flip these days.  I have a friend who keeps asking me over and over to help him find some big apartment complexes to flip.  Ive never done that before.  He says he will possibly hold, but more so wants to flip.  He is going all out this year and says that the price does not matter ( $200k - $2 Million).  He says he just wants to make a huge profit.  I know how to maneuver within the FMLS and GAMLS, but never tried finding off market deals of this nature...

I am also in the market for 100+ unit off market properties in ATL. Please let me know if you come across anything.

Best,

Mike
