Multiplexes in Bellevue WA

I'm new to the site and the investor community and wanted some guidance around multiplexes. I currently invest in Bellevue WA and the greater Seattle area and looking for strategies around buying/renting multiple plexes in a high priced areas. Or if locating down toward Kent and Renton area is a better path for cash flow. Thanks DK
