Historical cap rates for apartments

Does anybody know where to find historical (say 1990-2015) apartment cap rates for a specific market. Would brokers have this info?

Nick, Call your Assessors office and ask for the oldest boomer appraiser that does commercial properties.  Quick, they're retiring or dying or not giving a ....
