BP Community, I am reviewing a PSA for a property that I am acquiring. I would really appreciate your feedback about the buyer's costs. Is there anything that stands out? Is the seller passing over any cost to me that I shouldn't pay for?

Buyer's Costs: Buyer shall pay one half of the Title company's escrow fee; all other recording fees; the costs of any survey and a ny third party reports ordered by Buyer (or its lender)
