Hello All, I have invested in some multifamily units in woodlawn chicago through a turnkey operator however Im concerned about the roof since it was not part of the gut rehab. My question is two-fold. Does anyone have experience in this area replacing roofs in the chicago woodlawn area? Do you usually get warranties on roofs when utilizing a turnkey operator that sold the property as a gut rehab?
