I can never get mad at a wholesaler or broker for shopping deals around but days like today have me like WHOA. As We close on a 3 family an agent that sometimes sends me listing material congratulates me and simultaneously pitches me a similar 3 family.... At 600k over what I know the place is asking .... Because the owner and his agent already pitched me it 2 days earlier! Fast forward to today and a five family comes across my desk for me to consider and the numbers look ehh, I check my email and see that exact property pitched to me days prior at a price 200k under ... Lol man oh man I know people are out to make a buck but these daisy chains are insanity sometimes. I'm sure many of you have had this happen or even heard of this
