Apartment lenders in Cincinnati area and is it a good time to buy

I have done a lot of research on Markets around the country and Cincinnati seems like a good place to buy Mulit-family (10+ units). It looks like the market has picked up, but is not maxed out, with 5+ years of growth left. Does anyone have experience and insight into the local market. Are there good deals to be had and does the market have growth opportunity?

Also I am looking for banks in the area that are lending on apartments if any one has good sources.

Hey @Todd Dexheimer, as Joe said, plenty of opportunity here. I can speak for Jered, in that we closed on a 42-unit in Forest Park in June. Our lender is Randy Davis at Valley Central Bank. They are a portfolio lender that we have a very good relationship with. We refinanced 18 of our rental units with them last year, and then they financed this apartment purchase.
