Turnkey companies in Chicago
I am new to real estate and looking to buy multi-family units(2-4 units to begin with) in Chicago(South). I reached out to few turnkey companies but the response is very poor. I don't feel confident about doing turnkey given that companies are not welling to schedule the initial phone call. If anyone can recommend good turnkey companies in Chicago, I would really appreciate that. Also, what is the other alternative for turnkey ? Thanks.
