My first duplex
Well everyone i have some heart breaking news... i found a very nice duplex that was going to be owner occupied and rent the other half out. Everything is set to close on the 23rd. Just got a call from the bank today saying it did not appraise for what we agreed to. Ive got a lot of time and money in this deal hopefully we can get something worked out....
