Looking for a lead source for mailers any suggestions?

Hi, I am looking to send out mailers to multi family 2-4 units in Scottsdale. Looking for a good lead source to purchase a list from. Does anyone have a recommendation?

@Dustin Vonhoffmann I would recommend checking out ProspectNow. It is a subscription based service but you can run all sorts of queries, export lists, get phone numbers, etc. It's reasonably priced in my opinion at $89/month. You can run a search using zip codes or draw a polygon on a map and narrow your search based on # of units. I'm a multi-family broker in Houston focused on properties 4-50 units and it saves me a ton of time. There's no contract or long-term commitment so if you didn't need it after a couple months then you could easily terminate. I have no affiliation with them but it's been a huge asset to my business so I have no problem singing praises on their behalf. Good luck!

Listsource is probably the industry standard but there are many.  Listability is good as well.  I have used both.

Hi @Dustin Vonhoffmann - another vote for ListSource.com  It's easy to compile a list and the pricing is good.  Their accuracy is as good or better than any other lists I've purchased.  You can talk to someone on the phone too if you're not sure how to find what you're looking for.

Yes I have purchased a few list from them and they have worked pretty well for me you just plug in your criteria of what your looking for and they generate the names and addresses for you. The information is pretty accurate as well of I check a few of the names and addresses against the property appraiser website to make sure and the names and addresses that I receive are what I'm looking for.
