After completing Anthony Chara's Apartment Investing Mastery Program, I'm totally sold on his method, materials, and process.  He is a great and patient teacher, and after his 1-day class found thru my local Cincinnati REIA, and attending his 4-day bootcamp, my team is now seeking 30-50 unit buildings just to get started.  Highly recommended, and I invite any BP questions!

@David Jenkins I learned from the Lance Edwards Big Money in Small Apartments Bootcamp and applied his marketing strategy and analysis technique to mid-size and large apartment buildings with good results. His Small Apartment bootcamp and Raising Private Money course are good but pricey.

But let me say this from experience, DO NOT sign up for anything else he offers over and above the courses. It is completely unnecessary and a total waste of your money. This girl fell for the guru BS before I found Bigger Pockets and I have had much more success on my own. If you have questions, feel free to PM me and I will help you as much as I can.

Account Closed I own two 4-unit buildings and two SFR rentals. I'd like to use these to upgrade into something much larger in the next 2-4 years. 20+ units. But want to be as educated as possible first. I was looking at CCIM courses, and they look great, but want to see if there's anything else out there that focuses on larger multi unit investing education. Thanks!

@David Jenkins @Stephen Anderson I totally agree that the Multifamily Investing Academy with Charles Dobens is one of the best Real estate courses out there.  His training material is very much worth it and he is the only Real Estate teacher that I know of that gives his students his direct phone line to call and ask him questions as needed.
