Unwanted Apartment Waste from Public
Hi Everyone,
The apartment community that I own a building in, has been having an issue with the public coming to dump their trash in our community dumpster. Have any of you experienced this and know of an effective way to prevent the additional waste? Any suggestions are much appreciated
