I currently own a 4-plex in a complex where there is about 40 4-plex buildings. There are 2 owners who wishes to sell their units now. The first owner… I’ll call seller “A” wants 180ish firm (this property is next to my current property and we share the parking lot, I really want to buy her out) seller “B” wants 180ish but willing to negotiate. I want to acquire both properties, both are 100% occupied. But I only have the down payment for 1. However, I do own a townhouse valued at $56K that I can use as collateral to secure the second down payment. Have anyone heard of deals done like that? Thanks!
