Multifamily friendly lenders
Seeking lenders for multi-family apartments ; ideal lenders will allow seller to carry back 2nd mortgage. I'm currently looking at a 50 unit here in Atlanta.
-Seeking both asset based lending and income approach programs
-Rehab financing
-lending area - GA, FL, SC, NC
