Attorney representation at closing: 18 unit residential building

I'm preparing to close on an 18 unit residential building.  An attorney quoted $3,000 to represent me a closing.  Does this seem around what the fee should be?  Thanks!

This reminds me of a tv commercial years ago about a mechanic saying you can pay me now (for regular maintenance) or you can pay me later! (for a new motor)
