Looking to invest in Oregon

I'm looking to invest in class C & B multifamily properties in Oregon. Can anyone recommend brokers or property managers in the area? Also, what areas should be target (or avoid)? We are considering the Portland MSA, Salem, Eugene and Medford (basically the larger cities along interstate 5).

Thanks!

We know about the population growth...but what about job growth? What incomes are these new jobs paying? If service industry, I don't see rents climbing forever... a $12/hr barista job only takes you so far. Also, with PDX now #7 in worst traffic, how does that factor in...WHERE are the new jobs vs. where are the apts... because most folks want a 20 min. commute. How many new units will need to be absorbed in 2017? Where are they?

Mark Barry, leading apt. appraiser, will issue his 2016 report any day now. Highly suggest signing up.
