How to find Buyers for Apartment Complexes
Over time I have found that there are different types of buyers for different types of deals. The same buyers list you use for single family flips may not be as active when you market a 100 unit multi family deal. Does anyone have any ideas on finding buyers for the higher end deals, such as apartment complexes of 100 - 400 units?
