Does anyone out there have experience with investing in multi-family in Oklahoma City.

Any input on rents, value for your investment, what drives the economy, to many tornadoes (ha ha) ETC. would be greatly appreciated.

I was presented a 12 unit complex in the metro this evening.  Not sure if I'm ready for that size project I'm a rookie!
