Good afternoon everyone just wanted to get out there and see what's going on. The last time we talk I was looking for some funding so I have completed that for one deal. What I really need now is a good flip and contractors to help with it.

I have found a couple but they woud need to owner occupience.  If anyone has any good ideas please let me know.
