Looking for wholesaler in Omaha

I am looking for a wholesaler that has the ability to find multi family properties in Omaha. The specific areas I am looking in are the Midtown, Blackstone, South Omaha, Little Italy, Dundee, Creighton, and UNMC area. I am looking for C units in B- or better neighborhoods. I am interested in any amount of units between 2 - 25. An ideal property would be run by an individual operator/owner whose properties rents are 15%-30% under market rents. The properties could be in need of minor to medium cosmetic repair.
