Evaluating multifamily deals

Hey everyone, just wondering what some of you experienced guys use to quickly analyze multi-family deals. I have downloaded some different spreadsheets in the fileplace. But was wondering if anyone had any other input as to what they use. Thanks

Yes, Rich, but you're not take a flight to another city without running some basic numbers first, right? You do some basic analysis before you spend that money and time, I assume.
