What are municipal fees? 100-unit help.

Hello BP,

I am looking at a 100-unit apartment complex (2 buildings) and I'm wondering about some of the utilities they have in their books.

Are municipal fees just sewer? A simple google just said sewer and trash, but I have waste management already on there. If this is just sewer, does this number seem really high? Anyone with apartments around 100 units have comparable expenses?

Recycling may be part of that cost,, it is sometimes automatically included by city and you can't get out of paying it even if you have your own hauler,, make sure you find costs when doing taxes so it goes against sanitation / trash costs,  not water/sewer..

It could also maybe a cost for some type of assessment..
