Commercial Lending Officer - 12 plex financing

Hi I am in contract in a 12 plex with a partner. We are looking for a commercial lender who can provide 25 or 30 year loans. We are looking for 25% down on this property.

Till now I have only bought SFH and my current mortgage person can't help with this.
