To fellow syndicators out there, how do you calculate your asset management fee?

Do you take a % of NOI, a % of the total member capital raised, or some other metric?

In deals I invested in, sponsors get 1.5% of collected revenue as asset management fee. I've never seen this fee being based on NOI or capital raised.
