Apartment Owners Association (AOA) A must have membership?

My wife and I currently manage a 30-unit apartment complex and we're consistently on AOA. We're partially on there a lot because we're relatively new. There are some great resources and the pricing is extremely affordable (around $70 a year). Is there another platform that offers similar content and collateral? Is this a must have for you? What are your general thoughts?
