Does anyone know of Terry Hale

Has anybody worked with Commercial real estate guru Terry Hale or do you know anybody who has or know anything about his program?

I know this post is few years late. Terry Hale is not a legitimate mentor or coach. I paid and lost money. He became very hostile when I started asking for what he promised. Do not even mess with this. There is a reason why there is no one responding who has actually worked with him, let alone describing the experience. Investing world is small and you should have someone vouching for a mentor who has positive footprint. I will leave it at that.

Hey Nick,

I never did actually.   I asked him for a copy of his agreement and a reference or two to speak with, but he was hesitant to provide either.   For me, that was a bad sign and should have been easy to provide.   It may be a great program, but that was a real red flag.   Best Vince

I have said it before here and i'll say it again. Bigger Pockets does not do a great job at differentiating between a "guru" and someone offering coaching or training. Just because someone values their time and charges for it accordingly does not mean they are "pushy" or "salesy".

If you don't like what a coach is offering, don't buy it. It's that simple.

Sharada's post is accurate. Mr. Hale came to the Los Angeles County Real Estate Investors Association (of which I'm a member) back in Feb. 2020. When it became clear he was using clients of his program just to generate leads for deals, he wasn't invited back. A lot of members lost substantial amounts to this guy and were never refunded. Stay away.

You can easily put a deal under contract, commercial or otherwise, and assign it to anyone with money for an assignment fee. There's no need to pay for that.  Note: The LAREIA did its best to mitigate the situation. I highly recommend checking it out.

Curious about this post and WHY it was generated from CALOOCAN, METRO MANILA?? I do business in US and its makes no sense to me why someone would start this thread.... seriously Big Pockets?

Some guy Frank says I'm pushy? (prob busy) please make sure you understand I'm not a info marketer but doing real deals not pie in the sky syndication garbage...

Andrea above has it right (its a limited deal 50/50) my office is in the business to do business.

The other post about guru learn more here... I encourage education on all platforms but seriously if you are looking for a solid team then you know it takes a real mentor thats real not just giving lip service, visit my site and stop reading negative reviews from broke people and plated BS!
