Need investor Realtor for multi-units south side Chicago
Up to this point, our company has focused primarily on SFHs on Chicago south side but now seek multi-unit investments. To this end, we are looking for recommendations on a Realtor that works with investors. Not just looking for automated MLS search results. We are out of state and need someone with rehab experience and investor experience for guidance, that will visit the property personally.
