Mentor Needed! Indianapolis Apartments
Hey BP,
My name is Conner and I just recently moved to the Indianapolis area. I have purchased a few short term rental properties in TN over the last year and a half, but I would like to switch gears to multi-family properties (apartment complexes) in Indianapolis. Not knowing much about the Indy market, nor about purchasing multi-family units, I could really use some help!
I'm in need of a mentor that is currently investing in apartments in the Indianapolis area. I'm really eager to get into the game, but I really don't know what I'm doing! If anyone out there would be so kind as to mentor me through the process of getting started, I would be so grateful!
