Has anyone hired a good property management company in Chicago? I am buying multi-family (10-14 units) in the North/Northwest side of the city and looking to hire a company to manage the property. Potential neighborhoods: Hermosa, Logan Square, Edgewater, Portage Park, Jefferson Park, Irving Park, etc.
