Need to note at closing
Hi all,
This is my 1st time closing the multifamily. What should I be aware of at the closing date? What should I bring to title company other than IDs, cashier check?
Should I ask the title company about pro-rated rent for the units and atonements ?
It would be greatly helpful for any tips.
