Multifamily investing in Ohio
Hello,
I am interested to purchase Multifamily in Columbus and Cincinnati Ohio (quad and up). I am from CA and will need recommendation for reputable property management company as well. Any recommendations of sub market in these 2 cities ? Will appreciate any input from other investors who have bought deals in these 2 cities. 🙏🏼 .
